bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global client seeking an experienced Transition & Operations Manager to support and stabilise their ERP systems landscape across APAC and Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong ERP operations, governance, and vendor management experience - particularly within SAP and supply chain technology environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions, operational excellence, and effective governance across multiple ERP workstreams. This includes stakeholder engagement, vendor oversight, performance management, and driving continuous improvement across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships, daily coaching, prioritisation, and escalation handling
• Lead governance sessions, program meetings, daily scrums, JIRA forums, and retrospectives
• Oversee incident management, SLAs, JIRA processes, and hypercare exit
• Support SAP-related upgrades, audits, testing cycles, and critical incident management
• Drive continuous improvement, reporting, performance monitoring, and audit compliance

Experience

• 8+ years in ERP systems management, supply chain tech, or IT operations
• Strong vendor contract management and legal process experience
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Skilled with SAP environments, JIRA, agile practices, and effective communication
