SAP Techno-Functional CS consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on large-scale SAP implementations and will play a key role in driving system enhancements and business-critical developments.

This role requires a balanced profile with both functional understanding and technical execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a techno-functional lead for SAP CS/SD related initiatives.

• Analyze and understand business requirements for Change Requests (CRs).

• Provide effort estimations and solution designs.

• Perform ABAP developments and enhancements as required.

• Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and capacity.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

• Ensure best practices in development standards and solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional expertise in SAP CS (Customer Service) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).

• Solid hands-on experience in ABAP development.

• Proven experience on large-scale SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements).

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in effort estimation and workload planning.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Functional knowledge of SAP FICO and/or MM.

• Experience in global or multi-country SAP environments.

• Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
