Freelance Senior SAP Technical Specialist - SAP BTP Governance, Integration Suite, Identity & Cloud Architecture

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major global digital transformation programme for a leading international organisation. We are looking for a hands-on Senior SAP BTP Specialist with strong experience in SAP BTP governance, cloud integration, platform operations, and security/compliance. The consultant will support the centralisation and standardisation of SAP BTP services into a unified global framework, with strong focus on platform governance, multi-region deployment, and cloud life cycle management.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience administering and operating SAP BTP (subaccounts, entitlements, deployments, monitoring)
• Hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Governance, Integration Suite, Data & Analytics, and Identity Services
• Background designing or supporting multi-region SAP BTP landscapes and cross-cloud integrations
• Solid understanding of enterprise/cloud integration architectures
• Ability to collaborate with global business stakeholders, architects, engineering and security teams
• Experience defining roadmap priorities and harmonising business & IT requirements
• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, authorisation models, and audit compliance
• Experience with incident handling, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation in BTP
• 2-5 years relevant experience in SAP, cloud, or integration environments
• Fluent in English and Hungarian

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in highly regulated industries (eg pharma, healthcare, manufacturing)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira
• Understanding of SAP ERP/S4, SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Connector
• Experience creating or improving governance frameworks
• Ability to convert business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions
