Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant Technical Advisor to support, maintain, and enhance our SAP landscape. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting existing systems, assisting with deployment and integration activities, and helping deliver a centralised SAP model across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Provide SAP support and guidance to business users across subsidiaries, with a focus on Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Materials Management (MM) and related modules.

Collaborate with external vendors and legacy system support teams to define and implement data migration strategies, particularly for future acquisitions.

Support migration of data from legacy systems into SAP by defining migration processes, coordinating across functional workstreams, supporting testing during migration cycles, and assisting during Go Live and post implementation phases.

Partner with vendors on the implementation of a centralised SAP system across all project phases: design, build, testing, deployment, Go Live, and post implementation support.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing front line support across key modules: Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Remote Logistics Management (RLM).

Deliver SAP best practice guidance, user training, and act as an escalation point for SAP issues.

Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and SAP functionality.

Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders by translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Support the implementation and integration of third party applications as needed.

Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of material handling, supply chain, and logistics processes.

Hands on experience with SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management, Procure to Pay, Sales & Distribution (SD), and Remote Logistics Management (RLM).

Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.

Ability to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Strong problem solving, prioritisation, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

SAP certification in one or more of the following is desirable: Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Remote Logistics Management (RLM), SAP S/4HANA.
