Job Description

Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for leadership, innovation, and driving transformation in an international manufacturing setting? I'm looking for a dynamic SAP Team Lead who's ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping the future of a digital landscape.



Your Role:

As SAP Team Lead, you will guide and grow a team of around 30 SAP consultants within a fast-paced, ambitious IT environment. You'll be responsible for:



  • Leading people: motivate, mentor, and coach team members while managing staffing and development planning.
  • Driving performance: conduct annual reviews, set objectives, and ensure your team delivers excellence aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: serve as a key liaison across departments, solving challenges and ensuring optimal resourcing.
  • Elevating operations: work with peer team leads on SLA management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting to the IT Director, with direct impact on company-wide digital projects across Europe.


  • Your Profile:

    You're a strong communicator and team builder with a sharp eye for structure, process, and people. You bring:



    • At least 5 years of experience in SAP ERP S/4, with functional and leadership experience.
    • A university degree and solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, ASAP, etc.).
    • Fluency in Dutch and English.
    • Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage expectations from a broad range of stakeholders.
    • Experience in an international manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
