SAP Supply Planning & IBP Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support a global transformation program focused on Supply Chain Planning and Order Management. This interim position will ensure continuity across planning processes and OTC operations while also contributing to an ongoing SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
The ideal consultant is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where both technical and functional expertise are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Demand & Supply Planning processes, including forecasting, supply balancing, inventory optimization, and MRP
• Manage Order-to-Cash activities such as sales order creation, shipment processing, and stock availability checks
• Contribute to system testing activities (SIT & UAT), including preparing scenarios, validating results, reporting defects, and supporting end users
• Participate in cutover preparation and execution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to challenge requirements, validate end-to-end processes, and ensure alignment
• Document and map processes using available tools
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer before and after the maternity leave period

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years working with SAP S/4HANA in Supply Chain Planning (IBP or related modules)
• 5-7 years of experience with SAP SD in Order Management
• Strong understanding of ECC - S/4 migration activities
• Experience with system testing (SIT, UAT, test scripts, scenario creation, defect management)
• Exposure to global S&OP processes
• Knowledge of SAP APO (PPDS) is an advantage
• Experience with Blue Yonder is a plus

Logistics & Conditions

• Start: Mid-April
• Duration: Until end of December
• Remote-first; occasional travel may be required (fully covered)
• Candidates based in France/Belgium/Netherlands preferred
• Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage
