SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead

My client are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with Employee Central experience who is a fluent Finnish speaker.

Assignment description

In this role, you will work as the responsible consultant in an Employee Central implementation including the modules EC, Compensation, partial Time, and Opentext.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Implementations and HCM experience.
• At least 2 SAP SuccessFactors projects taken to production with more than 10,000 end users. The workload must have been a minimum of 200 person-days per project
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

Mandatory languages: Finnish and English

Assignment start date: April/May 2026

Assignment end date: 2028
