Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding Consultant to lead and support global HR digital transformation initiatives for 6 months contract and 100% remote opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
Employee Central & Onboarding Configuration:
- End-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
- Configuration of Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and country-specific data models
- Setup of Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, and Position Management
- Configuration of MDF objects, Business Rules, Picklists, Workflows, and Custom MDF Objects
- Role-Based Permissions RBP configuration for administrators, HR, managers, and employees
- Employee and Foundation data imports/exports
- Document Generation including offer letters and onboarding documents
Integration & Technical Collaboration:
- Work with integration teams on EC to SAP HCM/S/4HANA integrations
- Integration Center configuration and support
- Troubleshooting replication and interface issues
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience focused on EC and Onboarding.
- Expertise in MDF, RBP, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integration Center
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification - Mandatory
