Job Description

Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Onboarding Consultant

We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Onboarding Consultant to support global HR digital transformation initiatives.

Location - REMOTE

Durations - 6 months +

Start - ASAP

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0
  • Hands-on configuration experience with MDF, RBP, Business Rules, Workflows & Integration Center
  • Experience with global, multi-country rollouts
  • Exposure to EC integrations with SAP HCM/S/4HANA
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory)

Experience in Management, EC to Payroll replication, or SAP HCM PA/OM is advantageous.
