SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant - Contract Opportunity Remote
- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
- Contract Length: 8 months
- Location: Remote working (2-3 days per week from home)
- Onsite Requirement: 1 day per month in Ghent (Gent), Belgium
- Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch (mandatory)

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant for an 8-month contract to support a new SAP SF EC implementation.
This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for a senior EC consultant who enjoys working close to the business and owning configuration end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Perform hands-on configuration within SAP SF EC
- Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Gather and translate business requirements into EC solutions
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and project teams
- Provide input on best-practice EC design and deployment

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant
- Strong hands-on configuration expertise in Employee Central
- Experience with new EC implementations (not just support)
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data models
- Comfortable working independently in a contract environment
- Fluent Dutch - non-negotiable
- Willing to attend onsite meetings in Ghent once per month
