SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with extensive Employee Central experience required to join a leading global brand.
This is a permanent opportunity offering an excellent salary package, and 100% remote working across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Translate business needs into crisp system requirements
- Guide stakeholders through best practices, new features, and system capabilities
- Perform troubleshooting and support activities
Key experience required:
- Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in either EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals is beneficial
- German and English speaking
