Your role

As a Senior Consultant, you contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will define problems, propose and refine solutions, and play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability-building, and help detail project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet evolving global needs.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle from problem definition to solution delivery.
  • Lead development, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and scope.
  • Contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability-building.
  • Assist with shaping value-adding consulting solutions for clients.
Required
  • Experience with HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time Off/Time Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Onboarding, RCM) with a consulting background.
  • Good communication skills with ability to lead and mentor teams within a Global Delivery Model.
  • Willing to submit personal data for background checks/validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
Preferred
  • Certification in SuccessFactors modules (EC, EC Time Management, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM, Compensation).
  • Minimum of 3 full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors programs including EC/Time Off/Time Management/Performance/Learning/Compensation/Onboarding/RCM in a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on SAP/SuccessFactors experience with end-to-end solution architecture.
  • Willingness to travel to the Preston location.
