SAP SuccessFactors Architect to join a leading brand in Ipswich to deliver their SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud initiative.

Hybrid working, excellent rates and long term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Define and govern the global solution template
  • Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and review functional designs
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants
  • Drive key design and delivery decisions, ensuring quality assurance throughout delivery
  • Oversee testing, training, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience architecting and deploying complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions on S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
  • Broad functional knowledge across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Hands-on configuration and solution design expertise
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
