Babcock is seeking a SAP Solution Lead P&SC to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP and Coupa functionality within the Neptune (SAP) business unit, drawing on technical and process knowledge of SAP solutions in Procurement and Supply Chain.

Day-to-day, you'll provide specialist level design, configuration, and functional support for SAP solutions in the Procurement, Supply Chain Planning modules of ECC 6 and SAP Ariba. You will:
- Provide specialist level functional and configuration support for the Coupa solution, including Source to Contract, Contract and Supplier Management, Requisition to Pay, Procurement, Invoice & Pay, Data and Analytics, and Open Business Network.
- Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation designs.
- Ensure all business processes, functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and training documentation are created and up to date.
This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and can be based near the Lakeside Portsmouth site or at other Babcock hubs (e.g., Bristol, Plymouth, London) with hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel.
Essential experience- Extensive hands-on experience as a SAP Solutions Lead within Procurement & Supply Chain, with demonstrated experience in Source to Contract, Requisition to Pay, Analytics configuration, releases, and support.
- Previous configuration support across Materials Management, Investment Management, Materials Requirement Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Execution, and Ariba modules.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within Procurement & Supply Chain and related solutions required to deliver the service.
- Integration experience with Finance, Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Asset Management, and Operations.
- A university degree or relevant experience in Procurement & Supply Chain.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
