As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of solutions driven, problem solving individuals, applying your technology experience and stakeholder management skills to drive projects and programmes from strategy to execution.
Role Responsibilities- S/4 solution blueprinting, including presentation and articulation to the client with a focus on finance processes, reporting, data and analytics.
- Identify key design decisions in business led, SAP enabled transformations.
- Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the business transformation and benefits case.
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner & Director.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new or existing clients.
- Craft and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems using enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of clients and our own quality criteria.
- Influence clients' use of automation/iRPA.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC.
- Functional process knowledge of several of P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A, and AM.
- Experience in implementing, configuring and advising on SAP FI/CO, group consolidation and reporting, planning and forecasting (BPC, IBP, SAC), master data governance (MDG), and SAP data structures with integration into BW/DWC.
- Ideally familiarity with industry solutions such as life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecom, or agribusiness.
- Experience with line of business integrations (SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
- Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore.
- Knowledge of best practice design and advisory focus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building, both internally and with the client.
