SAP Training Manager

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (3 days on-site per week)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on-site)

SAP Training Manager | Zurich | 12-Month Contract

Conexus is exclusively supporting a major transformation programme and is seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant to join a large-scale SAP implementation based in Zurich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a training professional with strong SAP programme experience to lead the training strategy and delivery across a significant business transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall SAP training strategy for the programme.
  • Lead training planning, stakeholder engagement, and learning adoption activities.
  • Design and manage end-user training programmes across business functions.
  • Coordinate training materials, delivery schedules, and communication plans.
  • Work closely with business process owners, change management teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful user readiness and adoption ahead of key project milestones.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on large SAP transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM environments.
  • Background in end-user training, learning management, and organisational change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing training delivery across multiple business functions.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
  • Exposure to global or multi-country SAP rollouts.
  • Experience working within complex enterprise transformation programmes.

Additional Information

  • Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension.
  • ASAP start.
  • Candidates must be based in or within commuting distance of Zurich.
  • On-site attendance required three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday).
