Location: Germany

Languages: English and German

Travel: Up to 80% travel required, must be open to travel.

Salary: €90,000-150,000

We are partnering with a high-growth consulting firm that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex digital transformation programmes across the fashion and retail sector. With a specialist focus on SAP solutions, they support globally recognised brands in modernising their technology landscape, optimising supply chains, and enhancing customer experience.

Their SAP practice is a core pillar of the business, with deep expertise across S/4HANA, retail-specific solutions, and end-to-end programme delivery. They are known for combining technical excellence with a strong understanding of industry challenges, enabling them to deliver practical, scalable solutions that drive real business value.

The role: We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong overarching S/4HANA Architecture experience and hands on experience across O2C, P2P and CFIN to join the in-house consulting team supporting large implementations globally. We can consider candidates located anywhere in Germany, providing you are willing to travel up to 80% Dependent on customer needs.

Key Requirements:

Must haves

• German speaking (Fluent)
• Strong S/4HANA Architecture concept experience across clean core, API, Adopt vs Build.
• Strong understanding of different deployment options and pros vs cons (On prem, public cloud, private cloud)
• Strong retail industry experience across (POS Integration, inbound, outbound) (Stock control, allocation and replenishment) (Product allocation & materials planning).
• Strong experience across O2C, P2P, CFIN within S/4HANA and knowledge around S/4HANA EWM.
• Strong overall S/4HANA capabilities

• IS-Retail experience
