SAP S/4 HANA Techno-Functional DMS Consultant - Amsterdam - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Techno-Functional DMS Consultant.

Onsite work is preferred, around 2-3 days would probably be required.

Skills

Experience in SAP Document Management implementation on S/4HANA

Experience in SAP Workflows configuration

Some knowledge and experience of SAP Enterprise Asset Management or further ERP modules making use of SAP DMS

Compliance with all IT security rules

Preferably has knowledge of SAP ECTR and SAP PLM Cloud IPD/ECTR

any hands-on competencies/experience with SAP BTP

Experience with FIORI Apps relevant to DMS

Good to have:

Experience in the setup of archive link to support retention of POs and Invoices and other documents.

-Document migration from SAP DMS to other ECM solutions

Responsibilities:

manage the business requirements and based on that deliver the Technical & functional specification for the SAP S/4HANA DMS implementation

Responsible for the setting up of the SAP DMS & document structure for S/4HANA system

-Integration process and installation/configuration of SAP DMS application component with other core module of SAP S/4HANA.

Keeping the scope in mind, configure the system accordingly.

Able to test and document the system.

Train key users.

Experienced with SAP Documents, Document Structure, Document Search, Document Distribution Version Management, Document Vaulting, Integrated Viewer Status Management, Document Conversion, Document workflow, Interfacing Table specification.

Should be also versed with the integration aspects of SAP DMS applications with other core modules of S/4HANA.

Experience with SER Doxis4 and SAP ECTR, SAP PLM Cloud will be an advantage.

Setting up SAP Knowledge management, experienced with Metadata search & configuration and Integration with workflow configuration, Enterprise search, integration and Security associated with DMS implementation .

Should have worked with associated standard workflows across MM, QM and PM
