SAP R2R Intercompany & Tax Consultant (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) consultant with strong intercompany and tax expertise for a short-term advisory engagement.

Contract Details

• Duration: Initial 8-week contract, with potential for extension

• Start Date: 5 January

• Language: English-speaking environment

• 1-2 trips to Switzerland

Role Overview
The consultant will act in an advisory capacity, reviewing and assessing current intercompany accounting and tax-related processes within an SAP environment. The primary objective is to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and to define and document best-practice process designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing SAP R2R intercompany and tax processes

• Assess compliance, efficiency, and alignment with best practices

• Advise on optimal intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and settlement models

• Map and document target-state processes and recommendations

• Collaborate with finance and stakeholders to validate proposed improvements

Required Experience

• Strong SAP R2R background

• Proven expertise in intercompany accounting and tax processes

• Experience in advisory or process optimization roles

• Ability to clearly document and communicate best-practice solutions
