SAP Q2C Consultant - S/4HANA Transformation - Brussels

Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 12 months

Our client, based in Brussels, is currently delivering a major S/4HANA transformation programme and is looking for an experienced SAP Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Consultant to support the design and implementation of end-to-end sales and billing processes.

This is a key role within the programme, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Q2C process design and implementation within S/4HANA
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements
• Configure and optimise SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes within S/4HANA
• Ensure alignment of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes (quotation, order management, pricing, billing, invoicing)
• Support integration with other modules (eg FI, MM, CRM)
• Participate in system testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities
• Identify process improvements and drive best practice adoption
• Provide functional support and resolve issues during and after implementation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Q2C/Order-to-Cash processes
• Proven experience working on S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects
• Deep expertise in SAP SD (pricing, billing, order management)
• Good understanding of integration points with FI and MM
• Experience with business process design and optimisation
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
