SAP Project Manager - Italian Speaking (Pharma/GxP)

Contract: 12 Months

We are looking for an English and Italian speaking SAP Project Manager with strong Pharma/GxP experience to support a major SAP programme. The role will involve regular travel to Latina (south of Rome) and ownership of the project through all key phases to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact and provide end-to-end project management support across all planned project phases
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of all project-related activities and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and manage site-level project plans, tracking progress against milestones and deliverables
• Monitor, control, and report on project status, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate closely with local project team members to align on availability, deliverables, and quality standards
• Plan communications and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager
• Strong background in Pharmaceutical/GxP-regulated environments
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Comfortable working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment
• Willingness to travel regularly

Travel & Engagement Details

• Travel requirement: Approximately 50%
• Weekly travel for 1-2 months during critical ("hot") phases, followed by 1-2 months break
• Or travel every second week
• Travel expenses covered
• Full-time engagement (100% allocation)
• Target Go-Live: February 2027
