SAP Project Manager

Overview

Job Title: Project Manager - SAP Rollout

Location: Stockley Park, UK (2-3 days onsite per week)

Travel: Occasional travel to Ireland and Hong Kong (approx. once a month or for key project milestones)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical SAP rollout project. This role will be based at our customer's Stockley Park office, with flexibility for limited international travel. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in project initiation and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across UK, Ireland, and APAC business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation and rollout projects, driving successful delivery against milestones.
• Coordinate effectively between customer IT/business leads, internal HCL leads, and global stakeholders.
• Own project governance including status tracking, scheduling, risk management, escalation handling, and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, status updates, and executive reports.
• Utilize project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, PMP tools) for detailed planning and execution.
• Ensure effective collaboration across UK and APAC time zones, adapting to business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP project management, including implementations and rollouts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cultural awareness.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
• Hands-on expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Strong proficiency in project planning tools and MS PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work across UK/APAC time zones as required.
