SAP Project Manager
Location: Budapest, Warsaw or Barcelona (onsite 1 or 2 weeks per month, depending on phase of Project)
Start: January 2027
Duration: 1 year
Experience: 3-7 Years
Purpose:
Lead global SAP rollout programmes, ensuring successful delivery of template-based implementations, business readiness, and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites and regions.
Mission:
Drive end-to-end SAP deployment activities from planning through go-live, ensuring adherence to project timelines, governance standards, and adoption of global processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP rollout projects across multiple countries and business units.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resource planning.
- Coordinate business, IT, and third-party stakeholders.
- Drive Fit-to-Template workshops and rollout readiness activities.
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live planning.
- Manage project governance, escalations, and status reporting.
- Support change management, training, and hypercare activities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading international SAP rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Excellent project governance and delivery management skills.
