SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst (S/4 Hana)

Location: Dublin or Kilkenny (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 + 10% Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst to join a growing enterprise technology team supporting a major business transformation programme.

This role will act as the technology owner for Procure-to-Pay solutions, including SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba, ensuring systems effectively support procurement operations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, shape future solutions and maximise the value delivered by procurement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the SAP Procure-to-Pay solution landscape.
• Act as the primary technology contact for procurement-related systems.
• Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support future-state architecture and technology planning.
• Coordinate projects, testing and deployment activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners.
• Ensure system governance, data quality and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP Procurement, SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in solution ownership, business systems analysis or functional leadership roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
