About this RoleTirlán is undertaking a significant IT transformation as we build and strengthen our internal technology capability.
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing CoE Manager, the SAP Procure to Pay Senior Analyst will support the development, optimisation and performance of our SAP procurement and SAP Ariba landscape.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, you will translate business requirements into effective technology solutions, lead system enhancements and identify opportunities to simplify and automate our end-to-end purchasing processes.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of business-critical applications and help shape Tirlán's future Procure to Pay technology landscape.
What You'll Do- Manage and optimise SAP procurement solutions and SAP Ariba, ensuring they support business requirements and best practice.
- Support end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, including purchasing, approvals, supplier collaboration and integration with Finance.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Lead system developments from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation and post-launch support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase automation and improve the user experience.
- Act as a key IT partner to Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate the timely resolution of incidents and technical issues.
- Work with vendors and managed service partners to maintain service quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain appropriate standards for data quality, system security, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, integrations and business processes.
- Support user adoption through training, guidance and change management.
- Coordinate and support internal and managed service resources, as required.
- Significant experience working with SAP procurement and Procure to Pay processes in a complex business environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba administration, configuration or functional support.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end purchasing processes and their integration with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Experience delivering system enhancements, process improvements and technology-enabled change.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Experience working with system integrations, testing and implementation activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT and external partner teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and its integration with related SAP modules.
- Experience with process automation, IT transformation or application transition programmes.
- Experience coordinating projects, delivery teams or managed service resources.
- A relevant degree, SAP qualification or other professional certification.
