SAP PP Consultant
Location: Budapest, Warsaw or Barcelona (onsite 1 or 2 weeks per month, depending on phase of Project)
Start: January 2027
Duration: 1 year
Experience: 3-7 years
Purpose:
Support the successful delivery of SAP Production Planning processes within global SAP rollout and transformation programmes, ensuring standardised manufacturing processes and template adoption.
Mission:
Design, implement, and optimise SAP PP solutions, driving business process alignment across production planning, shop floor execution, and manufacturing operations from blueprint through go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PP design and rollout activities within international SAP programmes.
- Conduct Fit-to-Template workshops and gather manufacturing requirements.
- Configure and support SAP PP processes for Discrete Manufacturing and Repetitive Manufacturing.
- Manage Production Orders, Master Data, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.
- Support Shop Floor Control processes, including production execution and confirmations.
- Coordinate integration with MM, WM/EWM, QM, PM, and SD modules.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Provide user training and support process adoption across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications:
- Proven SAP PP consulting experience on implementation and rollout projects.
- Strong expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, and Manufacturing Framework (MF).
- Hands-on configuration experience across Production Planning processes.
- Experience supporting testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Strong understanding of integration points with MM, WM/EWM, QM, PM, and SD.
