SAP PP Business Process Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior SAP PP expert with strong business process knowledge in regulated manufacturing environments. The role focuses on SAP PP, including integration with EWM, MES, and SAP digital manufacturing solutions, within a life sciences context. This role is part of a large S/4 HANA transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize end-to-end production processes within SAP PP
• Design and implement integration between SAP PP, EWM, MES, and digital manufacturing solutions
• Improve production flows (mixing, filtering, packing, moltering)
• Validate customizing from system integrator
• Ensure compliance with life sciences regulations and manufacturing standards
• Define and document detailed, step-by-step production procedures per batch
• Align production and warehouse processes (component supply, BOM, recipe management)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as SAP PP Business Process Expert
• Strong understanding of EWM and MES integrations
• Experience in life sciences or food production environments
• Deep knowledge of compliance, regulations, and controlled production processes
• Experience with batch-driven production and documentation requirements
• Hands-on, able to structure and perform in a high-pressure environment

Contract:

• Freelance contract of 6 months minimum
• Location: 90% remote with one travel per month to a site in Europe.
• Start ideally in June 2026
