SAP PMO/Project Coordinator - Italian & English Speaking - Remote Position - Contract

SAP PMO/Project Coordinator - Italian & English Speaking - Remote Position (with some travel to Milan, Italy for project milestones). Start Date: 2nd November 2026 Onwards. 3 - 12 Month Contract Assignment. Expenses Paid.

Our client in Milan, Italy is looking to hire an SAP PMO (Project Management Office) Officer to primarily work in a team coordination function on a major SAP integration project for a fashion brand.

Experience needed:

• Previous experience working in as an IT PMO
• Experience working on SAP projects
• Strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Nice to have (but not mandatory experience):

• Experience working on SAP integration project
• Familiarity with system integration concepts (interfaces, data flows, integration testing)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (planning, production, plant logistics, quality) and how they interface with other corporate systems

The role will involve:

• Oversee integration activities between SAP and external systems (MES, WMS, PLM, suppliers and partners)
• Managing cross-team dependencies, timelines, risks, issues, testing and project reporting
• The role focuses on integration governance and coordination

Additional information:

• Initially the role will be part time (for 1 month, 2-3 days per week), moving to a Full time role thereafter.
• The initial contract will be for 3 months with a 9 month extension likely.
