SAP Payroll Techno Functional Consultant (German payroll)

SAP German Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant | 12 month contract | Fully remote

RED is currently looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (German payroll) to join a long-term transformation programme for a global pharmaceutical organisation.

• Role: SAP German Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant
• Contract: 12 months
• Location: 100% Remote
• Start: ASAP
• Working hours: CET
• Language: English
• Candidate locations: Poland preferred, Portugal & Spain also considered

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience within SAP HCM/Payroll
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll
• Recent German Payroll project experience, ideally within the last 3-4 years
• Strong experience within SAP ECC environments
• Experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll processes
• Good understanding of payroll interfaces, integrations and reporting
• Techno-functional background with strong troubleshooting and support experience
• Ability to work independently and engage confidently with business stakeholders
• German language is NOT required
• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience is advantageous but not essential
