The role focuses on handling payroll-related transactions from internal stakeholders while meeting SLAs, in a hybrid setup in Broughton. Key duties include processing HR admin, references, and solicitor letters; supporting the benefits platform; maintaining the e-pay tool; producing mail-merged documents; and managing the e-payslip provider relationship.
