SAP P2D - GERMAN

I am currently looking for a SAP Plant Maintenance Business Analyst based in either Germany or France, for a 12 months hybrid contract.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months contract + possible extension

Location: France or Germany

Onsite/Remote: Hybrid (travel depends on location)

Language: German or French Fluency

Key Responsibilities:

* Deploy the solution across the German manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with site operational requirements and global implementation standards.

* Act as the primary on-site point of contact for deployment-related activities and coordination with global and local stakeholders.

* Ensure the solution is implemented in compliance with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory expectations.

* Support testing, validation, and readiness activities required for successful go-live at the German site.

* Identify potential risks, gaps, or site-specific needs and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.

* Facilitate training, communication, and change-management efforts with cross-functional site teams.

* Monitor deployment progress, provide status reporting, and support continuous improvements post-implementation.

Requirements:

* Previous experience deploying solutions or systems in Pharmaceuticals or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

* Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate site-level implementation activities.

* Experience with testing, validation, and change-management processes.

* Fluency in French or German language skills
