About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Paris. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, configuration, and integration, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP OTC processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

• Provide expertise on end-to-end OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and integration with logistics and finance.

• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).

• Deliver documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support.

• Contribute to project milestones, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP OTC experience (configuration, implementation, and support).

• Strong knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, SD, FI, and Logistics modules.

• Proven track record in international project environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in French is mandatory (written and spoken); English is a strong plus.
