SAP OTC Content Lead

*SAP S/4HANA OTC Content Expert - Hybrid-Contract-Sweden*

For our international client based in Sweden, RED is currently looking for an SAP S/4HANA OTC Content Expert to join their ongoing S/4HANA transformation programme.

The consultant will act as a business content lead for the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, guiding the client through SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology. The client is currently seeking strong leadership and direction to align their processes with SAP standards.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and will initially be engaged for 6 months, with the potential for extension. Some travel onsite in Sweden will be required during the first few months.

Desired skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) business processes.
• Strong experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and working with SAP Activate methodology.
• Proficient in BPML, scope item mapping, and SAP Best Practice
• Experience with SAP Signavio for process analysis and Fit/Gap documentation (nice to have).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - able to drive alignment between business and IT.
• Confident in managing discussions, resolving open topics, and maintaining momentum in low-ownership environments.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
