Job Description
SAP Order-to-Cash Manager
Location: Hybrid/Global Environment
Travel: Occasional international travel required
Type: Permanent
We are currently supporting a global organisation undergoing a major enterprise transformation programme, and they are looking to appoint an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash Manager to support their commercial and operational technology landscape.
This role will act as the key technology partner across the Order-to-Cash process area, supporting the optimisation and enhancement of applications covering customer order management, fulfilment, logistics, billing, and reporting within a complex global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions
- Lead delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives across the OTC landscape
- Support and optimise processes across order management, logistics, billing, fulfilment, and reporting
- Oversee testing, governance, support, and change management activities
- Work closely with integration teams to maintain and improve application interfaces
- Monitor application performance, maintenance activities, and system stability
- Support user adoption through training and process documentation
- Collaborate with vendors and global support teams to ensure effective service delivery
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience across the SAP Order-to-Cash landscape, including:
- SAP SD
- Transportation/Logistics processes
- Warehouse or mobility-related solutions
- Experience working within enterprise SAP environments (ECC required, S/4HANA beneficial)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and commercial operations processes
- Experience leading projects, enhancements, or application support activities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience within SOX-controlled environments
- Experience supporting global or US-based organisations
