Job Description
Role Profile

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing CoE Manager, we are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash Manager to join our organization.

This key role will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the SAP Order to Cash modules, as well as managing category-specific Order to Cash applications and system development activities to support and enhance our end to end order processing capabilities.

The role will work in close partnership with the Information Technology team, Tirlan business stakeholders across the organization to ensure that supply chain infrastructure supports business objectives and complies with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the management, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Order to Cash modules, ensuring reliable and efficient order processing from customer order entry through to invoice and payment.
  • Oversee category-specific (CORETech) system operations relating to the order to cash process, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Coordinate and drive developments within the systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment, to ensure continual system evolution in line with business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between IT and Supply Chain teams for all order to cash system matters, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Provide training and support to end users within the order to cash process, ensuring adoption of best practices and system utilisation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality across SAP Order to Cash and category-specific Order to Cash platforms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture, configurations, integrations, processes, and custom developments.
  • Stay abreast of SAP and category specific system updates, recommending upgrades and new functionalities where appropriate.
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in SAP Order to Cash modules, with a strong understanding of related business processes.
  • Background in IT systems management, ideally within a supply chain or order processing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with CORETech systems and managing system developments highly desirable.
  • Experience in system integration, process automation, and change management.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast pace environment.
  • Project management and organisational skills desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating and facilitating the work an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP, supply chain, project management or related areas highly desirable.
