SAP MM/SD Lead Consultant - Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/SD Lead Consultant to drive the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will lead functional and technical initiatives spanning SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. This role combines solution design, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on SAP expertise.

This is an opportunity to influence global business processes, support large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, and guide teams through the full project life cycle from requirements gathering and gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP O2C and P2P solutions.
• Provide SAP MM/SD subject matter expertise to business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate application changes within a Kanban delivery framework.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Create functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Configure SAP MM and SD modules within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Perform and coordinate unit testing activities.
• Communicate business process impacts during transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and external consultants.
• Support service transition and formal handover to support organisations.
• Monitor SAP market developments and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to SAP governance, policies, standards, and strategic roadmaps.

Required Experience

• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience in O2C and/or P2P.
• Strong experience with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
• Proven delivery experience across at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Experience working within global enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
