Client Introduction

Our client is a leading automotive manufacturing company operating complex, high-volume production and supply chain environments across multiple regions. The organisation is focused on optimising procurement processes and driving efficiency across its global operations.

Role Introduction

As an SAP MM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimising procurement and materials management processes within SAP. You will support core purchasing and supply chain functions, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise SAP MM solutions aligned with automotive procurement and supply chain processes
• Lead workshop sessions to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Manage and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP SD, FI, and logistics
• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules
• Assist with testing, cut-over, and go-live activities
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for procurement operations

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant
• Strong understanding of procurement and materials management processes in manufacturing environments
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in global project environments and time zones

Contract Details

• Starting date: ASAP/Flexible
• Type of contract: Freelance/Contract
• Contract length: Initial 6-12 months (extension possible)
• Workload: Full-time
• Location & working timezone: Hybrid or remote/CET-aligned
