SAP Implementation Manager - Den Bosch (Hybrid) - Min. until Q1 2027

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a skilled SAP Implementation Manager for a long-term engagement with one of the major Dutch grid operators. The ideal candidate has experience leading ERP/SAP implementations, guiding business adoption, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. You will ensure successful realisation of new SAP processes, streamline change management activities, and secure strong alignment between business, functional experts, and process owners.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach a team of implementation consultants.

* Translate the SAP blueprint/design into actionable implementation activities.

* Identify adoption, process, or system issues early and resolve them proactively.

* Coordinate pilots, try-outs, and go-live readiness.

* Monitor planning, progress, and implementation quality.

* Facilitate alignment with functional experts, process owners, and business stakeholders.

* Report on progress, risks, and required interventions.

Qualifications

* Experience in SAP implementations or ERP rollout programmes.

* Proven experience leading implementation or adoption teams.

* Understanding of business processes (eg, logistics, finance).

* Strong communication and organisational-awareness skills.

* Hands-on, structured, "can-do" mindset.

* Ability to switch quickly and solve issues pragmatically.

* Languages: Dutch and English

Assignment Details

* Duration: Minimum until Q1 2027

* Workload: 32-40 hours/week

* Start: As soon as possible

* Location: Den Bosch + travel to regional sites
