Project Context
As part of MyTime transformation roadmap, the BEDENL project aims to extend the existing SAP HCM Time Management solution to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. The project covers local requirements, configuration, integration, testing and deployment, with the German rollout being one of the first major milestones in 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze local HR/Time requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM Time Management, including schemas, rules/PCRs and country-specific requirements.
• Support workshops, functional design, testing, defect resolution and go-live activities.
• Ensure integration with PA/OM, Payroll and other HR components/interfaces.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Analyze complex Time issues, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer toward the future MyTime support/TMA organization.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Time Management.
• Strong knowledge of Time Evaluation, schemas and PCRs.
• Strong SAP HCM PA/OM knowledge and understanding of HR tables, infotypes and objects.
• Good knowledge of Payroll integration and end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience with SAP HCM implementation/rollout projects and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Belgian, Dutch and/or German Time Management experience is a strong asset
