SAP HCM Technical Consultant (ABAP)/Architect (m/f/d) - Oracle HCM - asap.

For a customer project, we are currently looking for an SAP HCM Technical Consultant (ABAP)/Architect (m/f/d) - Oracle HCM - ASAP.

Background:
Integration of SAP systems into the cloud, including integration with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Tasks:

• SAP HCM technical consulting for PA, OM, PY and PT
• SAP-to-Cloud integration project
• SAP ABAP development, transformation and integration
• Definition of interfaces, BAdIs, user exits and IDocs
• Technical consulting and implementation of interfaces
• BAdIs, user exits, IDocs, RFCs and web services
• Integration with Oracle HCM Cloud

Requirements:

• Several years of project experience in technical SAP HCM consulting, including PA, OM, PY and Time Management
• Proven experience as a technical architect or senior developer in SAP-to-Cloud integration projects
• In-depth expertise in ABAP development, including BAdIs, user exits, IDocs, RFCs and web services
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM infotype architecture and data models, including Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
  • HCM Data Loader, HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with HR master data structures in both SAP and Oracle HCM

Project language: Fluent English, German is a plus

Start: 01 June 2026
Duration: 18 months
Workload: 4-5 days per week
Location: 80% remote, 3-4 days per month onsite in the greater Stuttgart area, preferably in one block.
