Job Description

Keil Business Solutions is a innovative IT-Service Provider.
For a client project, we are currently looking for a SAP HCM (SF) Change & Training Lead (m/f/d) - remote - 5 months

Project Position A
Change & Training Lead:

T
ask:
-Design the structure for change, communication, and training approaches as part of a big-bang rollout of SAP SuccessFactors & HR operations in France
-Work closely with the Change, Communications, and Training team to develop high-quality, localized enablement materials (eg, presentations, user guides, communication materials)
-Deliver and facilitate training sessions together with the project team
-Manage the hypercare phase (including participation in Q&A sessions and creating FAQs based on templates)
-Independently manage stakeholders and deadlines
-Support translation activities and multilingual training
-Ensure clarity, consistency, and terminology alignment across the Project

Required Skills
-Strong conceptual and strategic capabilities in structuring change, communication, and training initiatives
-Ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
-Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing translation processes
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to manage workstreams

Languages: French (fluent) and English (fluent) is a MUST Project Position B
Change & Training Specialist:

Tasks & Responsibilities

-Support the preparation of the big-bang rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in France
-Work independently and manage stakeholder interactions
-Develop high-quality training materials, including screenshots from SAP SuccessFactors
-Deliver and facilitate training sessions
-Ensure clear, consistent communication and terminology
-Support multilingual training activities
-Collaborate closely with the Change, Communications, and Training team to provide localized enablement materials

Required Skills
-Experience in creating and translating technical documentation for HR/IT/Communications
-Strong focus on terminology management and consistency
-Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workstreams

Languages: French (fluent) and English (fluent) is a MUST

Workload: 4-5 days per week
