SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are looking for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to work with one of our client based in Germany.

This is a Remote role

Must Have Skills:-

- Strong SAP HCM/ECP Payroll experience
- Hands-on German Payroll Localization experience
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types (WTG), and payroll configuration
- Good understanding of Gross-to-Net payroll processing
- Experience with Factoring, Average Processing, and payroll processing
- Knowledge of German payroll regulations and labor laws
- Fluent German language skills, preferably native or near-native level
- Experience in German Payroll implementation and support projects
