Senior SAP HCM Payroll- French

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a 6-12-month contract (with possible extension) to support payroll compliance, configuration, and process optimization in a remote EMEA setting.

Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Location: remote in EMEA

Language: English

Must-Haves:

Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.

Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.

Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.

In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:

• Personnel administration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Local language capabilities
