Context

We are seeking an SAP HCM E-Forms Technical Consultant to support and enhance a highly customized SAP HCM ECC6 environment. The role focuses primarily on SAP E-Forms development and technical support, with additional exposure to HCM core processes.
This position requires strong technical autonomy, analytical capability, and hands-on experience in complex SAP HCM landscapes.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of SAP E-Forms within a complex and customized SAP HCM ECC6 system. The role involves close collaboration with functional stakeholders to analyze requirements, deliver technical solutions, and ensure stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP E-Forms Development and Support

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP HCM E-Forms
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing E-Forms
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues related to E-Forms

Technical Development

• Conduct needs analysis with functional teams and business stakeholders
• Develop technical solutions using ABAP within the SAP HCM domain
• Ensure alignment with system customizations and technical standards

SAP HCM Functional Exposure

• Support activities related to SAP HCM processes
• Contribute to selected topics in Payroll and Time Management from a technical perspective
• Operate within a highly customized SAP HCM ECC6 environment

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work with internal teams and external partners in an international context
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer when needed
• Deliver autonomously while adhering to quality and timeline expectations

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Skills

• Significant experience as an SAP E-Forms specialist
• Strong ABAP development background
• Solid understanding of SAP HCM technical architecture
• Experience in highly customized SAP ECC6 environments

Functional Knowledge

• Knowledge of the SAP HCM module is a strong advantage
• Exposure to Payroll and Time Management is a plus
• Experience in aerospace or large industrial environments is beneficial but not mandatory

Language and Communication

• Minimum French language capability for oral communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with French and international stakeholders

Working Model

• Remote working possible
• On-site presence in Toulouse one day per week or one day every two weeks, depending on project needs
