SAP HCM Consultant - SuccessFactors Migration (Contract)

Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 12 months
Language: English (mandatory) French or Dutch a Bonus

Nicholas Bernard are supporting a client based in Brussels who is undertaking a transformation from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. They are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to play a key role in the migration programme, ensuring a smooth transition from on-premise to cloud.

This is a long-term contract with a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week in Brussels).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors
• Analyse existing HCM landscape and define migration approach
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Assist in data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
• Support integration between Legacy systems and SuccessFactors
• Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Provide functional expertise across core HCM processes (Personnel Admin, Org Management, etc.)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SAP HCM (on-premise)
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or migrations
• Solid understanding of HR business processes
• Experience with data migration tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with integration (eg, CPI, Middleware, APIs) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and liaise with both technical and business teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
