Title: Senior Data Migration & Governance Consultant (SAP)
Location: Helsinki, Finland (Remote with occasional travel)
Duration: 1 November 2025 - 30 April 2026

Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in data migration, data models, and governance within SAP environments, to support a major aviation/manufacturing program based in Helsinki. The role involves leading complex data migration initiatives, designing data models and flows across enterprise applications, and contributing to a large-scale SAP Greenfield implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate data migration activities from Legacy systems to SAP and other enterprise platforms.
Define and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
Design and document data models and flow architectures across integrated enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain) to align data processes.
Support SAP Greenfield implementation with emphasis on relevant modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Advise on data-related best practices, migration strategy, and tool selection.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in data migration, data models, and governance using SAP technologies.
Strong understanding of engineering (PLM), materials, and BOM (Bill of Materials) processes in the aviation or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with complex data migrations into SAP and other enterprise systems.
Solid knowledge of SAP Greenfield implementations and associated data sets (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Experience designing and managing data flows and integrations across enterprise applications.
Excellent consulting and facilitation skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Eligible or feasible for NATO-related security clearance (preferred).
