Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience required.
• Collect, Review and shape country and global user requirements together with the Global Business process owner and the related IT Experts
• Ensure the SAP CTC process/URs steps are covered in FSs and deliver it accordingly.
• Work closely with development team to delivery technical/functional solution fit to business use requirements.
• Review/update FS, OQ scripts in Proton and support PQ writing to business colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team and local business users on the use of warehouse management systems
• Drive the business workshop and meeting. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Support deployment teams for screening the system
• Be the SPOC for Master data team from Warehouse team inputs point of view and inform all other team members.
• Support the triggered projects under responsibility and ensure smooth transition, support cutover activities
