Our client is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join their high-performing team in Dublin (One day a week - rest remote). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, people-focused environment where you will partner directly with clients, act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams, and contribute to complex SAP security landscapes across multiple systems
The RoleAs SAP Security GRC Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risk across SAP environments while ensuring strong governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyse risks across SAP S/4HANA, BW, and cross-system landscapes (including SRM & S/4 integrations)
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to define remediation and mitigation strategies
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Implement role changes and remediation activities within SAP environments
- Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Maintain and enhance GRC configurations and rulesets
- Design and amend GRC workflows
- Manage defect resolution and provide post-go-live support
- Share knowledge within the SAP Security team and contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to customer policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC Security environments
- Proven experience with SAP GRC 12.0 (ARA, EAM, UAM)
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA & Fiori Security
- Experience in SAP BW Security
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Security
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and technical teams
Permanent role. Hybrid, 1 day a week in Dublin City.
