- Functional specifications for RICEFW - Write clear specs for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows; collaborate closely with ABAP /BTP developers.

- Data migration support - Define mapping and cleansing rules, validate load files and reconcile migrated data during cut-over.
- Integration coordination - Work with middleware teams on IDoc, RFC, PI/PO or CPI interfaces, ensuring end-to-end process integrity across connected systems.
- Change & release management - Record and prioritise change requests, manage transports through DEV-QA-PRD landscapes using ChaRM, Jira or similar tools.
- Training & enablement - Create user guides and job aids; deliver classroom or virtual training and provide hyper-care support after go-live.
- Stakeholder engagement - Act as trusted advisor between business, IT and external partners, communicating progress, risks and mitigation plans.
- Continuous improvement - Monitor post-implementation performance, propose enhancements (e.g., Fiori apps, BTP extensions) and adopt new SAP releases.
- Documentation & compliance - Maintain process and configuration documentation, ensuring audit readiness for SOX, GDPR or other regulatory needs.
