SAP Finance Lead - 12+ Months - Netherlands

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is seeking an experienced Treasury Finance Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will focus on Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, Intercompany Accounting, and Foreign Currency Valuation processes, partnering with Finance and IT teams to drive standardized, scalable, and compliant solutions across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, Intercompany, and FX Valuation process design within SAP S/4HANA.
• Define business requirements and drive process standardization across regions.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Support liquidity management, payment processes, cash pooling, and banking structures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, liquidity management, payments, and foreign currency valuation.
• Mandatory SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Treasury & Cash Management experience.
• Experience with Finance Transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
